The O List is a podcast radio show from Philadelphia’s own Origivation Magazine featuring the fantastic artists in the region. Enjoy and listen in every Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM at Origivation.com or RadioVolta.org. In December, our very good friends Brian Cronin and Jim Thorpe invited us down to Puck in Doylestown, PA to be a part of it. Our portion of the podcast is available now, it includes an interview (conducted by Brian) and live performances of Punch Drunk Messiah and X.

Central PA’s OSHRadio.com is a on-demand radio station that plays tons of unsigned music (much of it central PA based) and podcast talk shows/interviews. Led by Central PA’s own Crazy John K. Last month, Crazy John & his crew held an intimate awards show to celebrate some of the central PA’s music scene own. This included presented yours truly, The April Skies, with a Life-Time Achievement Award. The April Skies drummer John Ritchey attended the event and accepted the award. After the event, he commented how “humbled” he was by the attention.
We would like to thank OSHRadio.com, Crazy John and everyone at the event for their kindness & hospitality. We’re flattered & humbled by receiving such an award. Thank you.
Crazy John also interviewed Jake for an article in his local music paper Ragazine which featured highlights from the awards show and more interviews with other award winners. You can read a transcript of the interview here: OSHRadio.com interview The April Skies [PDF].
Jake & Jason will be guests tonight on The River’s Open Mike Night hosted by Michael Anthony Smith (10pm-Midnight).
